as foreman, superintendent, and executive. Since incorporation in 1961,
Dawson Construction Co. has performed construction projects totaling over
$400,000,000.00. Work has been performed under the direction of the
Department of the Navy, Department of the Army, General Services
Administration, U.S. Postal Service, Architects, Engineers, HUD,
Department of Energy, South Central Bell and Alabama Power Co.

Key member of Dawson Construction Company’s executive and
supervisory staff. Knowledgeable in all phases of the construction
industry. Ability to interpret the requirements of plans and
specifications prepared by architects/engineers and owners and to ensure
that each project is built on schedule and with in budget.

Duties as Executive Vice President include supervision of
all ongoing construction projects, responsibility for company Quality
Control procedures as Director of Quality Control, hiring of
superintendents, setting up field office and staff, specifying
construction equipment and materials.

Participated in Project Management and Job Cost Meetings to
review and analyze job problems and recommend solutions, review cost of
equipment, materials, tools, personnel, utilizing computer cost printouts,
change orders, claims, and labor budget projections.

Participated in CPM Scheduling and update with CPM
consultants, project personnel, subcontractors and owners.
